We have ripped this house apart. We took down walls, replaced electrics, installed new roof, insulated, new flooring, new windows, new large bi-fold doors, new gutters, new soffits, wood burner, removed asbestos, added smart connectivity and security - all whilst retaining the Victorian features that we loved.

We lived in the house during renovation which was painful to say the least, but this house now has a long future ahead of it with minimal maintenance. But, if you want to further develop the house, there are lots of opportunities, for example a large cupboard in the blue room could easily be turned into a walk in shower with the plumbing right next to it. The scope for garden extensions or buildings is extensive. I'm sure you can use your imagination for more ideas, but of course, you do not need to.

Finally, whilst this is a 5 bedroom house, we have created a flexible space that we use as a 4 bedroom, but with an enormous dressing room with en-suite bathroom. This is easily reverted by pulling across a sliding wall if you wish.
