The garden is large. It is part wild and wooded to encourage wildlife. It can be coppiced for firewood.

 

We have turned the garden into an entertaining haven.

This includes:

• A cozy hut, usable in winter with side panels down and the wood burner lit.

• BBQ decking area to dine and cook. 

• Multiple large bi-folds to extend the house into the garden in summer. 

• Japanese garden for chilling. 

• Large shed. 

• Ponds. 

• Large, secure parking area for quite a few cars. 

• Gypsy caravan. Yes, from the late 1800s the Westerham rat catchers caravan is still in one piece. It needs some restoration or selling on (we have the name of a willing buyer to pass on if the new owner wishes to do so). We originally planned to turn it into an outdoor office, but this was low priority in among the modernisation.
