Don't panic, that's just the barman (he's coming with us). The house interior has been well thought out to provide quiet family areas, a guest wing with multiple bedrooms, a central family / entertaining hub, a good sized office looking into the garden, and a side room (the old workshop) that connects to the garden (we use it as a bar).

Note, the "big blue bedroom" has a huge cupboard backing onto the bathroom next door - ideal to easily convert to a walk in shower bathroom if you wish.
