This is our amazing home that we are leaving behind for someone else to enjoy. This was a large modernisation and renovation project for us. It is all ready to move in and enjoy, but there are plenty of further development opportunities if you so wish. 

We have lived here with our dogs for around 8 years, enjoying the beautiful Westerham town just 4 minutes walk away, miles and miles of walks available straight out our back gate, and much entertaining in the house and huge garden.

Our refurb is to the highest spec with many additional "optional" lifestyle features. This includes a garden hut with woodburner, a custom designed BBQ and entertaining area, large industrial spec bi-fold doors,  boiling water taps, smart thermostats, fully serviced alarm and much more. The garden even supplies us with all our firewood.
